Commerce Final AD Review, Xanthan Gum from China (POR 2023-2024, A-570-985)
Commerce determined that Fufeng and Deosen sold xanthan gum from China at less than normal value during July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024, Jianlong, Jilin Meihua, Meihua, and Ningxia qualified for separate rates. Deosen Biochemical Ltd. was found to have had no shipments during the POR.
