Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Chinese Passenger & Light Truck Tires

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the AD and CVD orders on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China would likely lead to resumed dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders (A-570-016, C-570-017) are formally continued following the five-year sunset review.
