Commerce Preliminary CVD Results, Aluminum Foil from China (2024 Admin Review)
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies were provided to Chinese producers/exporters of aluminum foil during the January 1-December 31, 2024 period of review. Commerce is also rescinding the review in part for five companies, interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
