Commerce Issues Preliminary LTFV Finding on Fresh Mushrooms from Canada (A-122-873)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a preliminary affirmative determination that fresh mushrooms from Canada are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended, interested parties may submit comments.
