Commerce Prelim AD Review, HFC Blends from China (A-570-028), POR Aug 2024-Jul 2025

Commerce preliminarily finds that Chinese producers/exporters of hydrofluorocarbon blends sold subject merchandise below normal value during the August 1, 2024-July 31, 2025 period of review. The review is partially rescinded as to T.T. International Co., Ltd., interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
