Commerce finds Sentury Tire (Thailand) dumped passenger vehicle and light truck tires in the U.S. during July 2023-June 2024, Sumitomo Rubber Thailand (SRT) did not dump. Non-individually examined companies also receive above-zero margins under the all-others rate.
