Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Chinese Hardwood & Decorative Plywood

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Chinese producers and exporters of hardwood and decorative plywood (POI, Jan-Dec 2024). The determination also includes a final affirmative critical circumstances finding, which may expose importers to retroactive duty liability.
