Commerce Issues Final Affirmative LTFV Determination on Indonesian Hardwood & Decorative Plywood

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a final affirmative determination that hardwood and decorative plywood from Indonesia is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025. The case (A-560-844) will now proceed to the ITC for a final injury determination before any antidumping order is issued.
