Commerce Final CVD Determination, Hardwood & Decorative Plywood from Vietnam (C-552-852)

Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Vietnamese producers and exporters of hardwood and decorative plywood, covering the POI January 1-December 31, 2024. A critical circumstances determination was also made affirmative in part, which may result in retroactive duty application.
