Commerce Preliminary CVD Determination, Certain Fatty Acids from Malaysia (C-557-835)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain fatty acids from Malaysia. The period of investigation is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination, which is aligned with the companion antidumping duty investigation.
