Commerce CVD Preliminary Determination, Certain Fatty Acids from Indonesia (C-560-849)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain fatty acids from Indonesia, covering the period January 1 through December 31, 2025 (case C-560-849). The final CVD determination is aligned with the companion antidumping duty determination. Interested parties may submit comments on this preliminary determination.
