Commerce CVD Final Affirmative Determination, L-Lysine from China (C-570-216)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of L-lysine from the People's Republic of China. The period of investigation covers January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 (case C-570-216). This determination paves the way for the imposition of CVD duties on L-lysine imports from China.
