Commerce CVD Sunset Review (Preliminary), Phosphate Fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results of the first full sunset review of the countervailing duty order on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001), preliminarily determining that revocation of the CVD order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. This finding supports retention of the existing CVD order pending final determination.
