Commerce Initiates CCR to Partially Revoke AD/CVD Orders on Chinese Solar Cells and Modules

The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating changed circumstances reviews of AD and CVD orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and products from China, following a request by RNG International, Inc. The reviews consider partial revocation of the orders with respect to certain off-grid small portable CSPV panels.
