Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes from India (C-533-949)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Indian producers and exporters of large diameter graphite electrodes for the POI January 1-December 31, 2025. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination, interested parties may submit comments.
