Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes from China (C-570-221)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Chinese producers and exporters of large diameter graphite electrodes, covering the January 1-December 31, 2025 period of investigation. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination, interested parties may submit comments.
