Commerce Final CVD, Steel Rebar from Vietnam (C-552-854)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding countervailable subsidies provided to Vietnamese producers and exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar during POI January 1-December 31, 2024. Case C-552-854 now proceeds toward potential CVD order issuance pending ITC injury determination.
