Commerce Final AD Determination, Steel Rebar from Vietnam (A-552-853)

Commerce issued a final affirmative LTFV determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Vietnam, covering the POI October 1, 2024-March 31, 2025. The case (A-552-853) will proceed to the ITC for a final injury determination before an AD order can be issued.
