Commerce Final CVD, Egyptian Steel Rebar Found Countervailably Subsidized (C-729-806)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative determination that producers and exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Egypt received countervailable subsidies during the January 1-December 31, 2024 period of investigation. Case C-729-806 now proceeds toward potential CVD order issuance pending ITC injury determination.
