Commerce Final AD Determination, Steel Rebar from Bulgaria Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative determination that steel concrete reinforcing bar from Bulgaria is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025. Case A-487-002 will now proceed to the ITC for a final injury determination before any antidumping duty order is issued.
