Commerce Initiates Five-Year Sunset Reviews of AD/CVD Orders, Aug 2026

The U.S. Department of Commerce is automatically initiating five-year sunset reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders and suspended investigations published August 3, 2026. Concurrent ITC Institution notices cover the same orders, continuation of duties depends on outcomes of both agency reviews.
