Commerce Prelim Finds Dumping of Steel Nails from UAE in AD Review (2024-2025)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain steel nails from the United Arab Emirates were sold at less than normal value during the May 2024-April 2025 period of review. Commerce is partially rescinding the review for 18 companies with no entries during the POR, interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
