Commerce preliminarily finds Metinvest Trametal S.p.A. and NLMK Verona S.p.A. sold certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Italy below normal value during May 1, 2024-April 30, 2025. The review is partially rescinded for three other companies, interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
