Commerce preliminarily finds that the POSCO single entity (POSCO, POSCO International, POSCO MS, Taechang Steel, Winsteel) sold carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate in the U.S. below normal value during May 1, 2024-April 30, 2025. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
