Commerce Revokes AD Orders on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India and China After Sunset Review

Commerce initiated fourth sunset reviews of AD orders on CVP-23 (A-533-838, A-570-892) on May 1, 2026, no domestic interested party responded by the deadline. Consistent with Section 751(c)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, Commerce is revoking both orders effective August 7, 2026.
