Commerce Revokes CVD Order on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India After Sunset Review

Commerce initiated the fourth sunset review of the CVD order on carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP-23) from India on May 1, 2026, no domestic party responded by the deadline. Consistent with Section 751(c)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, Commerce is revoking CVD order C-533-839.
