Commerce AD Final Review, Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam (A-552-801, POR 2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results in the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (A-552-801), covering the period August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024. Commerce determined that Bien Dong Seafood Co., Ltd. and NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company made sales at less than normal value. The review was partially rescinded as to certain producers.
