Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Oleoresin Paprika from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of oleoresin paprika from India, covering the April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025 investigation period. A final affirmative critical circumstances determination was also made in part, case C-533-939.
