Commerce Issues Preliminary LTFV Finding on Fresh Winter Strawberries from Mexico (A-201-869)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that fresh winter strawberries from Mexico are being sold at less than fair value, covering a POI of November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended, interested parties may submit comments.
