Commerce Reopens Korea Wire Rod AD Review After Fraud Evidence Surfaces Against POSCO
Commerce is reopening the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review for carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Korea (case A-580-891) after new evidence of possible fraud emerged that may undermine the 0.00% dumping margin previously assigned to POSCO/POSCO International Corporation. The agency will reopen the record and reconsider the final results published April 7, 2026.
