Commerce Amends AD Margin for Nippon Steel Following CIT Ruling on Hot-Rolled Steel from Japan

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's second remand results in Nippon Steel Corp. v. United States (No. 21-00533), covering the AD review period October 1, 2018-September 30, 2019. Commerce has determined the CIT's judgment is not in harmony with its original final results and is amending the dumping margin assigned to Nippon Steel Corporation.
