Commerce CVD Final Determination (C-570-218), Van-Type Trailers From China

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of van-type trailers and subassemblies from China. The period of investigation covers January 1 through December 31, 2024. This determination (case C-570-218) was published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2026.
