Commerce Excludes Enriched ¹⁵N Ammonium Sulfate Isotope from China AD/CVD Orders

Following a CIT final judgment in Cambridge Isotope Laboratories v. United States (No. 23-00080), Commerce is amending its scope ruling to exclude enriched ¹⁵N ammonium sulfate isotope from the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on ammonium sulfate from China (A-570-049 / C-570-050). The amended ruling reverses Commerce's prior finding that the isotope fell within the orders' scope.
