Commerce Amends AD Final Results for Pure Magnesium from China After CIT Ruling (A-570-832)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's amended remand redetermination on electricity surrogate value selection for the POR May 2022-April 2023 AD review of pure magnesium from China. Commerce is amending its final results to reflect revised dumping margins for sole respondent Tianjin Magnesium International Co./Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co. (MMC).
