Commerce Postpones CVD Preliminary Determination, Choline Salts from China (C-570-239)

Commerce has postponed the preliminary countervailing duty determination in case C-570-239 covering certain choline salts from the People's Republic of China. The postponement extends the timeline before provisional CVD measures may be applied to subject imports.
