Commerce Issues Advance Sunset Review Notification for AD/CVD Orders, Sep 2026

The U.S. Department of Commerce published an advance notification of sunset reviews for existing antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders, findings, or suspended investigations. Affected parties should prepare for formal five-year review proceedings that will determine whether revocation of the relevant orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping or subsidization.
