Commerce Initiates Five-Year Sunset Reviews of AD/CVD Orders, Sept 2026

The U.S. Department of Commerce is automatically initiating five-year sunset reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders and suspended investigations per the Tariff Act of 1930. The ITC is concurrently publishing its notice of institution covering the same orders.
