Commerce Continues AD Order on Hand Trucks from China (A-570-891)

Commerce and the ITC jointly determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts from China would likely cause continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to U.S. industry. The AD order (A-570-891) is hereby continued.
