Commerce Final AD Review, Heavy Walled Rectangular Pipes & Tubes from Mexico (2023-2024)

Commerce determined that Forza Steel and Prolamsa sold heavy walled rectangular pipes and tubes in the U.S. at less than normal value during the September 2023-August 2024 period of review. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for the reviewed period.
