Commerce CVD Sunset Review Final Results (C-570-948), Steel Grating From China - Order Continues

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed the expedited third sunset review of the countervailing duty order on steel grating from China (C-570-948) and determined that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. As a result, the CVD order on steel grating from China will remain in effect. This determination maintains import restrictions on Chinese steel grating.
