Commerce, AD Review Prelim Finds Dumping by Cuarzo/Beyyond on India Quartz, PESL Cleared

Commerce preliminarily finds Cuarzo/Beyyond sold quartz surface products below normal value during June 2024-May 2025, while PESL is preliminarily found not to have dumped. The review is rescinded for 53 companies and intent to rescind filed for four others, interested parties may comment on preliminary results.
