Commerce Initiates CVD Investigations on Linear Hydraulic Cylinders from China, India & Mexico

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated countervailing duty investigations (C-570-241, C-533-953, C-201-871) covering certain linear hydraulic cylinders and parts thereof imported from China, India, and Mexico. The investigations were triggered by petitions alleging actionable government subsidies and published in the Federal Register on September 14, 2026.
