Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Tin Mill Products from China (C-570-229)

Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Chinese producers/exporters of tin mill products, covering the January 1-December 31, 2025 period of investigation. A preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination was also issued, the final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping final.
