Commerce Issues Final CVD Order on Carbon & Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Algeria

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Algerian producers and exporters of carbon and alloy steel wire rod, covering POI January 1-December 31, 2025. A CVD order (case C-721-003) has been issued effective September 18, 2026.
