AD Orders on Polyvinyl Alcohol from Japan and China Continued After Sunset Review

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the antidumping duty orders on polyvinyl alcohol from Japan and China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to U.S. industry. The AD orders under case numbers A-588-861 and A-570-879 are hereby continued.
