Commerce AD Review Final, Tapered Roller Bearings from China (2024-2025), Tainai Denied Separate Rate

Commerce finalized the 2024-2025 administrative review of AD order A-570-601, finding that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co. failed to qualify for a separate rate and will be treated as part of the China-wide entity. As a result, Tainai is subject to the China-wide AD rate for entries during the June 1, 2024-May 31, 2025 period of review.
