Commerce Prelim Finds Chinese Tin Mill Products Sold Below Fair Value, Critical Circumstances Affirmed
The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that tin mill products from China are being sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the POI October 1, 2025-March 31, 2026. The agency also made a preliminary affirmative critical circumstances finding, enabling retroactive application of provisional measures, interested parties may submit comments.
