Commerce Amends AD Margins for Vietnamese Frozen Fish Fillets After CIT Ruling (A-552-801)
Following a September 4, 2026 CIT judgment sustaining Commerce's remand results in Catfish Farmers of Am. v. United States (No. 24-00082), Commerce is amending the final results of the POR August 2021-July 2022 antidumping review. Amended dumping margins apply to CASEAMEX and four separate-rate companies covered by AD order A-552-801.
