Commerce preliminarily finds that steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia using wire or wire and paper accessories from China or Vietnam are circumventing AD orders on China (A-570-918) and AD/CVD orders on Vietnam (A-552-812, C-552-813). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary determination.
