Commerce Preliminary AD Finding, Fatty Acids from Malaysia Sold Below Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative determination that certain fatty acids from Malaysia are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value (LTFV), covering the January 1-December 31, 2025 period of investigation. The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended, interested parties may submit comments.
